Wool Hats

Wool is the raw material that is used to produce this series of felt western hats. Wool felt is the most economical felt available and is a good choice for the price conscious consumer. In the process of making wool felt hats, the wool is shaped using heat and steam to manipulate it into many different styles of hat – whether it be various styles of cowboy hat, or dress hats. A wool hat will hold its shape as long as it is not exposed to the elements.

Please visit our Hat Care & Instructions page for details on how to best care for your wool hat.
