Smithbilt Hats is proud to offer educational and informative tours to groups of individuals or companies who are interested in witnessing and discussing the business of maintaining and growing a historical Calgary hat manufacturing company.

During these tours we discuss and observe:

-       The origin of Smithbilt Hats

-       The raw materials used in making hats

-       The process of using 1920 machinery to make a hat in 2012

-       Different styles and accessories

-       Challenges in a worldwide economy

The participants will be able to try on all of our styles and colors of Western Hats, Dress Hats and Lifestyle Hats.  Employees will show customers the subtle differences a hat can have with a few adjustments, and help them determine what type of hat would look best on them.
